Property Management Services

Perhaps you have a second home which requires some maintenance or a property which you would like to rent out on a short or longer term basis. We offer the following services

  • Assistance with relocation from your home country.
  • Turn Key Management
  • For holiday properties including managing bookings, advertisements and changeovers. A welcome pack on arrival can be arranged and meals can be provided. Ask for our suggested menus.We can also Meet and Greet your guests and advise them on car hire etc.
  • Cleaning of property
  • Your property will be cleaned at intervals to suit you or on changeover days as required.
  • Garden and pool maintenance
  • We will keep the swimming pool maintained for daily useage. Any technical maintenance will be arranged. Garden maintenance includes grass cutting, weeding, watering. If particular landscaping is required, we can liase with local people to do this. 
  • House sitting
  • General House maintenance and repairs
  • We can assist with general repairs. For more complicated works, we will liase with local tradesmen.
  • Property search assistance.
  • For those wishing to purchase properties. We have contacts with Estate agents.
